Established in May 2002, the Friends of Father Judge High School, Inc. is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation with officers and directors who fundraise on behalf of Father Judge High School. The corporation is registered with the Internal Revenue Service under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. All funds raised by the corporation are managed and securely designated for use at the school — nowhere else.

Since our formation, we have raised funds necessary to improve the school campus and fund the academic programs that complement the traditional curriculum. Our organization endeavors to fulfill the operational requests of the school president and administration, relying on the president’s advisory board for careful evaluations and recommendations for action.

Career Pathways Academy

In 2024, this Friends-supported, $11.5 million academy opened its 20,000-square-foot facility for career and technical education, including areas for welding and automotive training.

Carleone Family Physics Lab

This state-of-the-art facility opened with the Friends’ support in 2024 as part of a broader effort to update the school’s science curriculum, equipment, and classrooms.

3D Maker Space

Opened in 2024, this Friends-supported makerspace includes 3D printing machinery and dedicated facilities for students to sharpen their STEM and 21st-century work skills.

The Mitchell Activity Center

Your contributions are spurring major upgrades to this athletics hub -- including a new crew training room, cross country locker room, and athletic director’s suite.

Track and Athletic Complex

The Friends have supported over $300,000 in improvements to the track, including resurfacing, additional seating, and the installation of a track record board.

James J. Ramp Athletic Field Complex

In 2012, the Friends supported the $2.8 million project upgrading a former playground into a multi-field complex for games, practices, and community events.

Esports studio

This high-tech space provides students with a place to not only play video games competitively, but to build hardware, stream their games, and practice commentating.

The Brisson Center

This renovated space encourages collaboration as the school’s home for tutoring sessions, the Crusader Program, and career and technical education support.
